According to the details, Lal Khan son of Fazlur Rahman, a resident of Mansehra, while filing an FIR in Mansehra city police station, said that at 12:30 last night, I was going home in my car while my son Bilal went to Qaisar Shah’s house in his car. It was said that two women stopped my son’s car near Commerce College and shot and killed Uzair alias Tipu on his son Bilal Tanoli.
